Phase 1 – Permits & Team Selection

As part of our services AV Builders will take care of the details. We will obtain all necessary building permits and ready the site or space for construction. Phase 2 – Construction Process

AV Builders and our team recognize that our workplace is your home. We will establish a construction calendar, taking your schedule and preferences into account. We are a customer centric organization and thus try to make an uncomfortable experience as comfortable as possible. We seek to keep inconveniences and construction rubble to a minimum.

We take the same pride in workmanship and attention to detail in the construction phase as we did during the design process. Given that the construction phase is architect-led, the quality of your design is not sacrificed.

Phase 3 – Walk-through and Delivery

At AV Builders, we are not happy until you are happy. We take the time to walk each client through the finished product, noting any repairs or refinements that need to be made. We work hard in every phase of design and construction, in order to hear those three powerful words: “I love it!”
